5Carefully remove baking sheet from broiler and lightly oil with olive oil. Place flatbreads on the sheet and drizzle each with olive oil. Return sheet to broiler and broil until cheese melts and flatbreads are crisp and golden ⏱️ 3 minutes . Keep a close eye to prevent burning as broiler heat varies. -
6Sprinkle flatbreads with remaining herbes de provence, cut into slices, and serve.
